I have been going to this eatery for 5 yrs now. It was really good at first when it was called The Bamboo then it was sold and it was just not the same. Now, it was sold again when it became Five Star Chinese Buffet. Now, it is better, pretty much like it was a few yrs ago plus they have the extra food items at the back on week nights that they only use to have on the weekends. It's a good place to eat. Last night we decided to go out and try a restaurant we had never been to before. My husband said he felt like Indian food so we decided to try Curry's. What an enjoyable experience! Starting off we were presented with refreshing lime water, the decor was very classy with low lighting and Indian music faintly playing in the background. Our candlelit table was soon laden with scrumptious food starting with an appetizer called Onion Bhaji, six pieces of shredded onion breaded with spiced chickpea batter. Since we follow a vegetarian diet, we decided upon Vegetable Tandoori Masala as our main course. The spicy curry tomato was paired with fresh hot green chillies, spices and vegetable pllao creating an authentic Indian flavor. "Best curry I have ever tasted" was my husbands comment. Our waiter was very polite and attentive and filled out stainless water glasses on numerous occasions with a smile. I would highly recommend Curry's Restaurant for anyone looking for high quality Indian fare served in a fine dining setting. Read more

I absolutely adore this place! I was recommended the Knotty Pine when I was told about their very inexpensive breakfast special. I didn't know what to expect for $5 but I was very impressed. The atmosphere is very quiet (partially due to the carpeted floor) and cozy. I love it! The background music is gentle and not blaring. The waitresses have been very polite, friendly and efficient! The breakfasts are probably typical breakfast fare, but it's been quick, hot, and they've had my order bang on every time! My friend and I finally got around to having a dinner instead of breakfast last week, and we were not disappointed! Perhaps small portions on the vegetables, but not on the meet or potato! The hot turkey sandwich was piled high! :) And might I add... the coffee is excellent. Any time I'm at White Oaks I'm tempted to pop in, and I'm sure I'll be making many more trips in the future! When I was told we were going here for dinner I was no amused. Boring bad bar food is all I could think of but biy was I surprised. We visited on a Friday night and were greeted by an extra happy gent who showed us to a nice comfy booth. Our waitress was equally as cheery -- like REALLY cheery. She told us the specials, filled up our cups without asking and was super fast on her feet. The fish and chips were outstanding. The 2 fish portions were huge and not too battery, the fries were just okay. The steak was cooked perfectly. A friend gave us a couple of gift certificates for Dino's so we decided to go there for dinner. We got there around 5:30pm and were promptly seated. It was not that busy for a Monday evening. We ordered our drinks and the rib & wing combos. The combos included a choice of side ceasar or house salad or house soup. We got one of each of the salads and they were very good. The ceasar salad had real bacon bits and shredded parmasaen cheese on top. We got the house Jack Daniels BBQ sauce on the ribs & wings and it was AWESOME!!! The wings were decent sized and there was lots of meat on the ribs.... which fell right off the bone! The combo also included a small portion of veggies and choice of potato..(we got fries and sweet-potato fries). The desserts were ok.... the turtle cheese cake was a bit small but tasted good. The chocolate avalanche would have been better with brownie instead of chocolate cake. The waitress was very nice and checked on us a few times and refilled our drinks.
