I needed major repairs on my brakes and I was advised by one of my friend to go see Trinco Motors. I was promised I will only be charged for parts which were faulty and nothing more. Since it was a friend’s recommendation, I was optimistic to find a good mechanic with solid experience and quality work. Received excellent services. Trust worthy as well as a skilled mechanic. Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Took my car in for service. Other local shops quoted me ridiculous numbers and were trying to fix the wrong things. Vitali made the proper diagnostic and took care of my problem. Half of the things specified by other mechanics for repair didn't actually need it (or at least not yet). This shop is not fancy, but service is professional and price is fair. Would highly recommend.

Got an alignment done on my 86 c10 which is pretty primitive and out of date compared to the steering systems on today’s cars. I often have a hard time finding mechanics that will even touch my truck because of the age and complete lack of computers. But they were still able to order all the parts and do a great alignment. Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!
