    terrible costumer service, didn’t get my order right, and my wrap wasn’t even held together, fell apart as soon as i opened it. not going back

    Worst service ever. Every time I got there they never get my order right. I have no idea why they ask what u want if they are going to give you what they want anyways. They say the customer is always right it might apply anywhere else but not at tims

    The food is tasty, but the service was absolutely horrible. This older woman who was tall, skinny and with white hair needs to fix her attitude. I started placing my order and she snapped at me, as well thought out the order gave me attitude and her coworkers. She proceeded to yell at her co- worker for heling her... I will never go inside again. I will use drive-throught, only if she is not working the window. Happens every time I go to this location
