    Great experience! Moved from Calgary to Victoria. No extra charges! They wrapped large awkward items in moving blankets. Brad, Jeremy, and Danny (moving crew) were AWESOME!!! Moved everything super quick, no damaged items, got our stuff out so they arrived the same day we got possession! We were super nervous about moving across country and these guys were awesome. I would recommend them to anyone. They handled everything with great care.

    So my family is supposed to be moving from VANCOUVER, BC TO LIKELY,BC. However the movers who came decided that they weren't going to move us unless we payed double the agreed upon price. After about 20 minutes when we agreed because we had no other choice due to today being the our moving day and one of the few days left in our previous home. They decided to refuse to transport. Despite our conversations beforehand saying this would be no issue. Would not recommend, Unprofessional.

    Canada Pro is professional, efficient, great to work with

    Canada Pro Moving just helped us move from Oregon to BC and we couldn't be happier with our decision to hire them. Tony and Danny were prompt to arrive even in bad winter weather and careful in wrapping and taking inventory of our things. The crew who delivered our things the very next day were efficient and cheerful carrying up several flights of stairs. The cost based on weight was just as Danny estimated when they packed up the truck. We highly recommend them and would hire them again.

    Vey stressful move process - Irresponsible company

    We hired these guys to move our home from Vancouver to Calgary. They made the whole move very stressful and frostrating and yet they haven't delivered our stuff! 1- As of today, they are late by 7 days and they don't have an exact delivery date either. 2- They added 240$ hidden fees for packing without telling us. 3- They increased the price per pound after taking our stuff into the truck. 5- The only positive point: the mover guys moved stuff without scratching the walls and the elevator.

    In regards to Mojtaba's complaint: Please do no provide inaccurate information in regards to your move. Your move was from Burnaby, BC to Calgary, AB but that is the least matter at this point in regards to your negative review A) Mojtaba, you had a discount applied of $628.00; Mainly for the delay of your anticipated delivery. B) If you thoroughly read the contract, it will state the correct cent per pound charge of 35c p/lb and not 40c p/lb that you falsely state. c) Contract and emails state that supplies are a separate charge for your move. If any supplies are to be used, they will be charged onto the bill, regardless, but in this case, we had waived it and considered it as a discount to your bill. D) We had suggested and recommended that you accompany your household goods, and the truck with the driver to the scale at Delta, BC, but you chose not to do so. Canada Pro Moving stands for and provides excellence and customer satisfaction. Please consider the discounts as compensation and a resolution to your complaint/review. kind regards, Danny.
