Andy was absolutely incredible. He is so knowledgeable and an amazing stylist. I went in to get a dramatic hair change (from really long hair to something quite a bit shorter) and was a nervous wreck. Andy calmed me down and made me excited about the change. His experience really shows in his work and I could not be happier. I left thrilled. Great customer service and excellent attention to detail. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great cut and style. Thanks Andy!!
I was pleasantly surprised at how warm the staff and owner was, this was my first time getting any services done. I was reccomended by a family friend and I am so glad I took her advice. I got massage done by a lady by the name of dawn, who was very friendly and accommodating, she also recommended me for eyelash extensions which I have booked for next week. Overall this is a great family oriented place with excellent service for not too bad of a price, I recommend it for anyone in brampton.
Hanh Wellness Spa & Salon on Hurontario is awesome. Very convenient hours and open 7 days a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If your looking for a new stylist ...... ask for Andy. He is excellent. He is great hairdresser and colourist.

Where to begin.... I have been here twice now, 1ce for a hair cut and dye and then to have my hair colour corrected and cut redone because of the first experience. the dye job was worse than had I attempted ombré at home. Tiger patchy hair - brassy an understatement. And the base dye was pretty brutal. The cut (trim) equally brutal. The correction required redying the base, rebleaching and cutting more hair than a trim. I had to argue with them about correction and payment. the worst.
Absolutely the worst spa experience ever.There is zero coordination between front desk & staff. What was promised while setting up the appointment was not what was delivered. Ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and unaccommodating.
The service I received is repulsive.The stylists converse in their native language the WHOLE time and don't pay any attention to you.My haircut was messed up because my stylist didn't even listen to anything I said. She was unable to answer a single question of mine! On top of that, the hair clip she was using in my hair, she kept putting it in her own hair while doing my hair!!! Disgusting!!! STAY FAR AWAY from this place if you want a sanitary and professional service!
Will totally recommend this place to all my friends!! Been looking for a spa that was able to give me the nails I wanted for a long time! So happy and I got so many compliments afterwards!! Plus the staff were so nice and chatty and kept me entertained as they worked their magic! For sure better prices than anywhere else I've been to.
I went for the Sensual Spa Salon Experience package for my birthday and hands down It was by far one of the best spa experiences ever!!! The overall staff is super friendly and professional!! I called and booked a day and time and I barely had to wait when I got there!

The Indian staff at this place is very good, they are extremely polite and kind. Always have a sweet smile on their face.
But, on the contrary, the Chinese staff is RUDE. They talk in their native language while looking at you and laugh. You can literally tell that they are talking about you. oh Gosh! so uncomfortable.
"Jenn or Jenny" she is one of the Chinese staff, is so so damn rude. She's cold, RUDE, does not smile , & I don't suggest her at all. Makes you so uncomfortable.
They are very unprofessional. I waited 50 minutes for my one hour massage. They have no organization whatso ever never ever coming here. This place is run by unprofessional bunches
The owner is not consistent with her prices. Waxing cost 40$ one week and next week it is $50. Eyebrows are $3 and next week it is $5. Honestly if it was not for ONE of her employees who actually works I would have stopped long time ago. No price consistency, no professionalism, staff look lost have the time. They are rude.
Poorly organized. Even after booking apointments and going they always make me wait 30-45 minutes. All that employees are running around and receptionist is filled with complaining customers. Not a professionally run business. Wont recommend this place to people who value time and customer service
