I been in the auto trade 35 years hold titles as head tech and service manger at a big dealership . I Fit motorcycle and atv at a hobby growing up with them. I been dealing with (ALEX) at the parts count for about 3 years he knows he's stuff and if he don't he'll work to find out you need more like him thanks for your help over the years

I am a big guy and had so much trouble getting a riding jacket. Called them and was told what to do to get it shipped in. Then Jason helped me with a helmet and gloves plus some shoes. Great sales people Jason was knowledgeable and helpful go see him for all your needs.

I bought the incredible Sloan Caledon eclectic bike about a month ago. I was on the trails and got caught in a downpour. The bike just stopped working and I had to peddle home. When I took it back to Royal I explained that it was my primary source of transportation they went out of there way to get me back on the road. When I got the call that my bike was ready I could tell by his voice that he was proud of the work he had done. Thanks for a great job well done

Don’t order stuff online based on their fitment guide. Ordered ski runners and of course they don’t fit. So thought I’d double check before requesting service. Found another web site that show fitment to same machine but also has diagram with measurements. Guess what, it matches my needs. Call Royal to let them know that the product they are selling has the mounting bolt 1” greater than needed to fit. Response was, never had any other customers complaints so return it to them at my cost. Nice.

Jason was great! He helped me find the proper suit, helmet, boots & gloves I need for this year. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at Royal Distributing Innisfil. My first contact was with Nathan , I was very pleased with the way he handled my situation over the phone. I visited the store and spoke to Tracey who once again was very helpful and she asked Jason to assist me further in his department. My meeting with Jason was fantastic service, Jason I found very knowledgeable and took me through the steps in sizing the proper helmet for myself. I will continue being a loyal shopper at this store

DO NOT spend your hard earned money at Royal Distributing!! They sell chinese junk from Wish!! Will not exchange stuff they sell!! If they do decide to refund you. They must inspect the item for 4 days to ensure you havent tamoered with it or abused it. This place is a joke and I will be using social media to inform everyone!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Purchased a snow flap for a snowmobile. It broke the first time I backed into some deep snow. It was obvious that it was an inferior product. I made the warranty claim within the three months but they refused to refund me my money. Steve in Alberta

I bought chains for my quad. Chains are ok but the Charles that hold the chains to the tire brockets after 10 min of driving on snow. I used different ones I had at home ($2) and they where holding hours later. When I ordered the chains I asked the guy if the chains where studded and he said NO but online it looks like they where. When I got the chains they where studded. The sales guy has no idea what they are selling. I would give them 2 stars but the chains the self look of good quality

Huge selection, very helpful staff

I am new to motorcycling and visited RD Innisfil for helmet and clothing. Jason was super helpful and described the pros and cons of the various jackets, gloves and boots. He ensured everything fir properly before I bought the gear and also explained what gear would be good for each of the 3 riding seasons. I would highly recommend Jason and this outlet to any first time gear buyer or anyone replacing existing gear. The store is large and has a great supply of stock and variety of manufactures.

Little bit Disappointed in the way Royal Offers 20% off FXR Jackets with Posters all over the store........But then say they already took it off the price of coat .......Then say the original price is $315 but after 20% the Jacket was $279.99 not sure how it’s calculated but should of been $252 with 20% off Numbers just don’t seem to add up :(

Called Friday to have parts on hold in barrie for pickup the next day for a friend. I gave them specific part numbers and quanitys to insure I was getting what I needed cause I wouldnt be there to confirm. My friend was supposed to pickup the parts on his way up from waterloo as I live a couple hours north of barrie. Only to be told nothing was set aside. I spoke to the manager Tracey who didnt have a resolution for me just an oh well I cant help you.. not professional at all.

Great service and the girl that check me out at cash was very helpful and professional would recommend this store , thanks again and buy yourself another set of running shoes

Whether it’s motocross, sleds, atv or Streetbikes, they had a good selection and pricing of apparel and equipment to choose from and a great parts availability

I shop here all the time I spend thousands a year ...last visit was not so nice as a floor staff made a huge scene in front of everyone in the store about me and my wife having a beverage with us in are hand while shopping!! And then got the manager or owner to come and confiscate are drinks ..I felt it was extremely rude !!

Awful customer se...

Awful customer service and the lady who owns it is extremely rude to her employees and customers. They don't know what they are talking about and always give us the wrong parts. If you can get product through another dealer I highly recommend that. Not impressed at all.
