Horrible Horrible Service. I am so disappointed in how I was treated at U AutoSpa. James was horribly rude with canceling and rescheduling appointments. I was so excited to get a nice clean car for the start of Spring but they do not treat customers with respect. Please keep your money and go else where. Tons of great detailing places in North York whom are much more respectful of paying customers.

I payed for the PhD package. They did all right with the shampooing. There was still dirt on my dash. The windows still have streaks and still dirty. They didn't wax or buff. Didn't clean my engine. Rear view mirror dirty. Sun roof dirty. For 130$ it wasn't worth it. Maybe the basic package is good. But I won't be recommending this place sorrry

I bought the Master's detailing package at U AutoSpa. The price seemed reasonable for the service they appeared to be offering, and they were fairly accommodating in terms of booking my appointment. This is all the good I can say about this business. My experience with them started going downhill from this point on. When I arrived for my appointment, they informed me that engine shampoo and salt & stain removal was not included in the package, and I had to pay extra if I wanted them included. I

Are you friendly and courteous bunch of staff. I brought in my 2009 Jeep Wrangler and they did a very good job on the detail. Overall the place was a little bit dark on the inside but I was happy with the job.

Total lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling. They cancelled me TWICE on my appointments within an hour of the time, however, when I needed to reschedule, they refused to reschedule and honour my coupon.. They do a mediocre job at best (my daughters car was done by them and the windows were not wiped clean and the floor mats were still dirty). There attitude is despicable!!

Terrible.

Terrible customer service, they're impossible to get ahold of to even make an appointment and when you finally speak with them, they're rude. I'd advise anyone to go to any other place other than this one. Makes sense that they've received so many terrible reviews in the past. If you don't plan on responding to your customers, don't open a business.
