    Made my life easy

    I tried a number of places in Ottawa to buy a bridal dress. I went to this place and loved the dresses. I have only two weeks, so they ordered for me right away, very kind two ladies. I can't believe it that I got what I wanted and very easy going. I recommend the place highly. Thanks Hasi

    Best prom dress ever!!

    Lots of variety in all the dresses, you can get anything from a party to a wedding. The staff is really great, they actually help you find the perfect dress. Very friendly and won't let you leave until you are completely satified! Very well situated, you can bus from anywhere to get there. The prices are excellent, MUCH better than anywhere else in Ottawa! I got my prom dress there, after a consultation, and it looks amazing, and for only a third of the price of a regular prom dress! Plus, I know it's one of a kind, and no one else will be wearing it in my school because they write your name, school and style of dress so you can be sure you'll stand out in the crowd.     The best customer service

    I Heard about the bridal store called Merry Marry on Nicolas St so i went to check the Collections that they have and i was so happy to see the big selection Merry Marry has on Bridesmaids dresses and Wedding Gowns , ladies...... The prices was great and the service was fantastic . Every bride deserve to be treated like I did. Thank you for making my day so special. the best customer service ever. I will tell all my friends about you. Thanks again for all your help.

    The dresses were not as ordered

    The bridesmaid's dresses were the wrong shade (they did not match the sample) and too short and too tight.. They skimped on the material quality and quantity. We ordered an elegant gown as per the sample, and when they came in we did not see the elegant look from the sample, and when I went and compaired it and pointed out the length and shape, the lady did not offer any correction or compensation - she only reiterated that I got a great deal. (We had several calls back and forth to get the tag price honoured when I decided to go with them and called to book the girls).. What can I do - no time to reorder and not sure they can get it right - I want to see if the girls want to reorder or attempt to return (final sale) and get whatever they want where they want, but its tricky without just making corrections somehow and encouraging them in the ways they look good- now I know why bridesmaids dresses are said to look awful - not because the bride planned it that way but because the bm store goes cheap on the cloth. I will try to see if they will provide long sashes in the same colour to cover the too tight middle and give some flow to the gown... tbc
