Café Van Houtte

I can’t believe the experience I just had. Im staying at Hotel Pur, which is connected to the cafe. I buy four croissants and two Oranginas. The girl at the check says she’s unable to heat up the croissants for me. Fine. I pay for all the items and leave. She hadn’t told me that the Oranginas need to be opened with a bottle opener. Fine. SHE GAVE ME NO RECEIPT. After I realized that my kids couldn’t open the Oranginas, my husband returns to have them opened. SHE TELLS HIM HE HAS TO PAY AGAIN.
