When my wedding dress arrived, it was one size too small. The bridal shop stated the sample dress I tried on stretched from customers trying it on!!!!
I then went to Svitlana and she did an amazing job of altering my dress. The bodice had to be let out and the beadwork taken off and put back on. You would never know it had been altered. She is reasonable and very personable. I would highly recommend her for any custom work or alterations needed. Will not go anywhere else.

Tricia was phenomenal. I had a very limited amount of time before I needed to attend a wedding and she helped me immensely with a new sports jacket, pants and shoes. I visited this store today in search for a wedding gown. Corinne is the lady who helped me and she was fantastic. From the time I walked into the store, she smiled and acknowledged me. She introduced herself to me and asked to take my jacket so I would be more comfortable while shopping in their boutique. Many dresses were suggested to me after she narrowed down my preferences. She offered dresses to me I never would have considered on my own and I actually fell in love with one she suggested (one in which I never would have taken off the rack on my own too...). Although I did not make my purchase from this store today, I highly recommend checking this store out 1) for excellent customer service and 2) for the diverse selection of dresses they offer. Thank you for a great shopping experience!! There are NOT many bridal shops in the city who even have "good" service (most have terrible service in fact), but Crystal's Bridal has fantastic customer service!!!

Iam very impressed with ABC bridal! Iam a bride on a budget and needed to find a dress $500 or less. I dealt with a lady named georgina and she was very friendly and helpful. i told her I was on a budget and what style of dress I wanted. she showed me that they had some dresses on a discount rack. I tried different dresses on and she gave suggestions and told me what looked good on me.
I ended up finding a dress for $125!!! no kidding! It was a nice strapless dress with no sequins or decorations, just a nice simple rhine stone diamond shaped broche in the middle of the bust with dangling rhime stones hanging on the bottom of it.
I also purchased fingerless gloves, a flower hair peice, a veil and all of that including my dress came to $280!!! georgina helped me decide on all of it and she was the best to deal with! I went to other dress shops and that had little or no interest in helping me find a dress, and alot of other places are very expensive. I also got brides maids dresses there and they were all $153 each!
I highly recomend buying a dress from here!

I don't normally shop for clothes at local boutiques but I gave it a try at Shades of Grey on 124 Street and walked out with basically a gorgeous, brand new wardrobe!!
It's a lovely little place with excellent salespeople and even better clothes!
I got a lot of cute blouses, a skirt and two adorable dresses.
The items can get a little pricy but I was looking for some new clothes for Spring so my splurge here just about covers that!
There are so many great brands here and a ton of jewlery from local artists. I picked up a beautiful necklace as well.
Shades of Grey has great selection and I will definitely be back! Shop local!
