Great customer appreciation and service from the ladies I met here. They had a free dog wash on for opening month and I was kinda Leary about it in the past. Being free tho I figured I'd give it a go and it was a great experience. Will def be back.

Don’t know why other reviewers have had problem. We bathe our dogs here all the time and they are friendly and helpful. Never had a problem. And their bathing facilities are fabulous. Want to keep that our secret!

I just did a beginner puppy class at the spruce grove location. The trainer was great. We got so much one on one time with her. She new where my dog struggled and slowed down to make sure my dog was getting it. For 130$ and 6 classes I couldn’t be more impressed! They love what they do and it shows!

Damien goes above and beyond for my fur baby. When I ask her to trim or fix my little ones fur she doesn't hesitate. She just says ok, smiles, asks questions and take her to the back to make me happy and Brandy beautiful.. I could not imagine going to another groomer.
