What a treat we had in Port Perry after a couple of hours out on the water. The main dining room was full so we were shown a table in a private room which we had all to ourselves. Both the service and the food was excellent. The owner, Christie, was friendly and down to earth making us feel very welcome. A couple of us had food restrictions which were easily accommodated. The homemade ice cream was a exceptional way to end a delicious lunch. I’ll definitely go back!

I held my husband’s 50th birthday party at Jesters on the upper floor and everything was handled perfectly. The food was delicious, the service was top notch, and the management was so helpful and accommodating for all of my dietary requests, they set up the decorations and everything went perfectly, it was a a fun, fantastic party. I brought my family to the Hyland this week and as always the food was excellent (and too much!) and the service was very friendly. Food is always delivered promptly, the restaurant is always clean, and overall, it is just a nice meal out with the family. I definitely recommend to any families visiting Port Perry. one of our usual food places, as we can walk to it, and the food is good. The owners have a great attitude (desert first for the kids!), are very friendly, as are the staff. ( Only thing I would change is maybe the menu could change up a little more often.) Just an example-my 5 year old came in holding a birthday card she received in the mail that day, and we were going for lunch. The owner came and talked to us for a bit, engaging my daughter in a little talk, then after lunch, the whole serving staff, plus owner, came out of the kitchen singing happy birthday to my little girl, with a free plate of deserts, with her name written in chocolate. How awesome is that?!?

One thing that most reviews on here have not mentioned about Port Perry Thai is that they have a great lunch menu!
There's something like 10 different choices, each with hot & sour soup and spring roll, for $7.95!
When I worked in Port Perry I used to go here at least once a week, the food is absolutely awesome.
The one complaint I would have is that they play classical music, which in itself isn't so bad, but they keep the volume at the lowest possible level!
Weird.

It was brought to your attention that I was in quarantine due to being infected with COVID 19. I had reservations about going to another Wimpy's, after having such a disastrous experience at the one in my town. The boyfriend however had eaten here many times, and told me that he'd really enjoyed it, and we needed a place we could take his year old son and all of us be comfortable.
I was quite happy with my experience at this Wimpy's. The food was good, portions huge, service prompt (though she was carrying on a conversation with the family at the table beside us every time she came to our table). No complaints really.
