This is the place I go to all the time for dim sum, not only because the location is easy to bus/drive to, the service is always exceptional. The staff is friendly and the dim sum is really good compared to other medium-sized restaurants. I also went to Best Dragon for dinner. I came with a big group of people so we ordered the set menu, which includes the Giant Lobster special, which is the best lobster I've ever eaten (I probably can't go back to small lobsters after this giant fellow) Peking Duck, Chinese vegetables, soup and many more. Warm ambiance, comfortable seating, and the service made us feel like we were the only table in the room (although the restaurant was fairly full). We had a flaming sausage to start - delicious. The specials were incredible. I ordered a dish that I can't remember the name of, but it was similar to a light seafood stew in an herb broth. Delicious, perfectly cooked food and the flavour was out of this world. Highly recommended! My husband had the whole sea bass. The owner, Pedro, deboned the fish at the table and explained some things about Portuguese cuisine. My son had the steak, and the presentation was like nothing I had seen before! However, Koganei roll was one of the best roll I ever had. it's bit pricey for a roll (almost $15 with tax) but it's worth it. I do not know exactly what's in the roll (it's shrimp tempura roll with some little bit spicy orange-red stuff with tiny fish eggs on the top) but it was amazing. (I wish red stuff on the top was more spicier though.) I also tried miso base noodle soup (noodles and veggies in miso soup) which was salty for my taste. did not really like it. Service: wait staffs were nice and helpful. when i went, there weren't many people in the restaurant so i didn't have to wait long to order and get my food. Atmosphere: table setting seemed little weird to me because little table for 2 people were placed right next to booth but decor was good. Read more
