I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time. I've been here a few times over the years and this restaurant does not disappoint! The food is pretty standard for American cuisine and is usually well cooked, though I once had chicken that tasted off. The signature sauce that comes with meals is amazing! Dessert portions are too small for the price but prevent me from overeating. Service is friendly but sometimes slow during peak times. I'd recommend this place for family meals (it's not private enough for dates). The atmosphere has a comfortable, homey feel to it. I definitely recommend the classic rotisserie chicken! Read more

I've been coming to Massey's for a long time. Lunches, dinners. The food has always been fresh, and tasty. The servers have always been nice and courteous. The portions are ridiculously large. Pastas, it's two meals. Steak on a kaiser, top with some A1 steak sauce, you're biting into some deliciousness. Their menu specials are usually really good. SERVICE: If you have a problem with your meal they will go above and beyond to satisfy you, don't be shy, speak up and let them know because they genuinely encourage it. If you are rude to them they'll be respectful to you and politely ask you to leave. If you are nice to them they'll become your best friend. And if you treat them like you do your best friends, they'll become family. I once had a sore throat the entire day and without me asking, the waiter actually brought me a spoon and some warm honey to coat my throat. Oh my goodness. Now that is service. ATMOSPHERE: Beautiful fireplace, amazing ceiling, perfect lighting, great music, very clean, very comfortable yet elegant. Take a date she or he will love it.
