Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace. Read more

I was in the salon one day getting my hair done, and noticed the gentle kind way they attend to the senior clients, they threat the elderly like the would there own family, guiding them to the wash basin, with the arm out for support, helping them up and out of chairs!, they are always saying Hi and good bye or Thank you to each client., I felt welcome and will be a faithful customer , anyone who treats people like they do is a sure place to be satisfied !
