The entire experience was very enjoyable, Mandy worked with me to give me exactly what I envisioned and she even worked within my budget to give me an affordable price.if price is no bar they make the most elegant arrangements I have seen, and if you are on a budget they will work harder with you to meet it than any other florist. Mandy is always able to produce the most beautiful arrangements that can be used for days. I've been to other florists, but none of them were as personable as Mandy. You are always in great hands at Plush!! Whether you need just one arrangement for a special occasion, or if you are looking for 30 table top arrangements, this is the place to go. They have a beautiful shop located on the main strip in burnaby. Dr. Yee is an absolutely PHENOMENAL dentist! I haven't had a dental plan in a few years, so I have quite a back-log of procedures/cavities/crowns that need to be attended to. Dr. Yee did a thorough exam the first day I came to him back in March, and listed all the items that needed attention in my mouth, giving me a wide variety of treatment options for all of them. When my dental plan kicked in in August Jeanny was amazing! She went through ALL of the procedures with me and organized them so I got the maximum coverage from my plan with as little out of pocket expense as possible. She did A LOT of foot work for me, as did Dr. Yee, to ensure that my insurance and dental work was completed as efficiently as possible. Now here's what sets Dr. Yee apart from any other dentist I've been to! One of the procedures I need is gum grafts. They are quite pricey, so I have a plan to complete the work over the next year and a bit with my insurer, again, thanks to Jeanny's tireless efforts. As Dr. Yee was preparing to do my first grafts today he saw a problem area next to the teeth to be grafted. Without hesitation, he did an extra graft FREE OF CHARGE to help circumvent future problems for me. If that isn't a caring/proactive dentist I don't know what is. Seriously, Dr. Yee, you've got a patient for life! So in short, great staff, great doctor, everything was very hygienic, and all the equipment used is cutting edge. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist that actually CARES about the health of your mouth. Read more

Very satisfied with my color. This sweet lady (not the owner) did my hair, which was a nightmare. Needed color correction in a bad way, (my blond was turning orange). I was really nervous, but she took her time, reassured me and in the end she was right! I LOVE my new ash blonde! Used the 50% discount for first time customer, so the price was good. A little concerned about cost when I go back however as the 50% wont apply. Will still return however. A good hair dresser is hard to find. Read more

When visiting my friend at nearby Royal Columbian Hospital we stumbled upon this stylish eatery and decided to give it a try! The restaurant is beautifully furnished and warm with dark wooden floor. We ordered the Pad Thai, Green curry and crispy spring rolls. While we waited for the food we could hear the other table rave about their dishes to the server. I am well acquainted with Thai food and couldn't wait to see what all the fuss was about! As my curiosity peaked our spring rolls arrived, well presented and un-oily! Were these really deep fried? The pad thai and green curry were extraordinary! This is probably the best Thai food I've ever tasted and I'll be back with family very soon. Read more
