I am SO happy that Tim Hortons came to Oakbank. Now I can feed my coffee addiction 3 times a day! I rated their service "good" as it has gotten A LOT better from when it first opened four months ago, and continues to get quicker service times. The store front still needs a little work, but it has improved and looks like it will just continue to. The owners are always there, and are really friendly and accommodating. Thanks Tim Hortons! I ordered delivery several times from Good Earth Restaurant and just from over the phone and front door service they have been very friendly. Their spicy honey glazed chicken and crispy ginger beef are very tasty. Even their take out packaging is higher quality than most restaurants, which speaks to their value about quality. Hi....At approximately noon today (Saturday, March 10) I came through the drive thru at this particular Tim Hortons. A person by the name of Ike answered the drive thru order board. He identified himself and was VERY FRIENDLY and I really enjoyed ordering from him. He could speak English fluently and it was a nice experience dealing with him at the drive thru at Tim Hortons. He really made my day. It would be nice if all Tim Hortons personal were as PR friendly as he was. Please pass on to him that he was really welcomed by myself at this location.
