Delicious chicken wings and fries. Hey call them "world famous chicken wings". While that's obviously an exaggeration, I enjoyed the wings immensely. Some of the regulars are pretty gross but it keeps the place running. :P Just don't talk to them if it bothers you like it does me.

I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. I have lived in Dundas, Ontario for most of my life and have visited the Collins Brewhouse many times. I use the term ‘visited’ as if I am visiting someone’s home for the simple reason, each and every member of the Collins Brewhouse staff welcomes visitors’ as if they are family.
It is a quaint pub and restaurant that adds more charm to the town of Dundas. The service is just as incredible as the food they serve. The southwest chicken wrap and chicken wings are super, I would without a doubt recommend these two dishes.
Also, I have attended staff parties in the basement of the Collins Brewhouse. The accommodations that they provide such as; pool tables, a personal served bar, a big screen television, and food served in a buffet self-serve format, provide customers with fun and entertaining memories.
As you can see in my review for the Collins Brewhouse, I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to all age groups. If you like good company, good food and a great atmosphere this is the restaurant to check out!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and took a chance trying this restaurant for the first time. We were pleasantly suprised and absoloutely loved the experience. We ordered the Peppercorn Shrimp appetizer and the Roesti with Smolked Salmon. Delicious and plenty to share. We then ordered the Shrimp Pasta and the Hunter Schnitzel. The food is really outstanding!! best schnitzel I've ever had!! Super value. The service was extremely professional and very attentive and pleasant. At the end we ordered the Creme Brule and what an excellent finishing touch to a great meal. The ambiance in the restaurant is very inviting and romantic. I am so happy that we have found a new favourite restaurant that we love!!

Definitely worth the trek, this place has great food, entertaining atmo and super models serving your table! Super busy so don't expect a table during the dinner rush, at least not without a wait. We ordered burgers, and were not at all disappointed! Not only is the bun perfectly crisp, but it has so much flavour with a bit of heat, unlike most burgers and fries where you only taste the grease.
You need the good food because you need an excuse to come here coz your wife/girlfriend/mum will suspect it is to bathe in blonde super models and the excuse is good

We go there every year. Service is always great. Food is always good too.
The chili on the hotdogs were nice & spicy. The fries were just right.
It does get a little busy, sometimes you don't always get a seat inside and they don't have debit, cash only. But still, it's a landmark and we'll always continue to go back.
