Working for such a organization however is incredibly challenging. Employee's are not well paid , and drive 100's of km's per week to serve it's in home clients. The Red Cross employee can never count on a consistent pay cheque ,as their hours vary from none to over 60 in some cases... But if possible they do their best to squeeze you in much sooner if not the same day. They have a wide variety of activities going on in the center every day. It makes the place seem friendlier.
