An amazing facility! Every single feature has been thought through to make it the safest and most comfortable for pet. The staff is super friendly and get to know you and your pets so well. Their groomer has done great work on my 2 goldens, giving me exactly what I want and even pointing out skin concerns. The Hound Lounge has been a life saver for us and our wild puppy Wally! She always has an amazing time and comes home exhausted from a full day fun with her friends. She can be very energetic and unfortunately she tore her pad from running around the first time she there. After speaking with the team they were very responsive and have since always assured me they will be on top of her and help her to calm down when she gets a wee bit wild. she has never had a that problem again! EXCELLENT! We've boarded our two dogs with Linda since moving to Peterborough in 2013. She is always happy to have them and we know the dogs feel the same because when they see her they completely lose it! So happy to see her! We never feel a bit of concern or worry when they stay with her and the one time there has been a health issue with one of them she calls right away and goes above and beyond to care for them. We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else! Read more
