She really goes so over & above the large commercial vendors in this business that it blows them away. I spent the past 5 years at a salon where I paid an arm and a leg for a cut and color, I never really noticed what they did when they cut my hair, it always looked the same when I came out (with the exception of my bangs) and the color could be hit or miss.
