4/5 why? Well because its great, NOT excellent and i believe 5 stars is reserved for excellent :) we paid a disability rate which was great. We live out near a farm so not easy to get to. Not only do they come multiple times during a storm but they even clean off the road-end of our disabled ramp 30ft away from our drive way. Truly above and beyond (even when they are missing men/tractors). The emails we get notifying us of whats going on are great. Would be 5 stars if even more frequent :)

Ivan arrived at my house on the west island on time. He took care to make sure all the debris fit in his trailer placing the wood planks carefully so as not to lose space. I would recommend Ivan for any small residential job if only one load is needed. Much cheaper than renting a container or using other well-known service providers.
